Well unfortunately the snow and ice and home after dark together with our single track lane has meant no run....I could do with some huskies (hehe auto text kept changing huskies to whiskies...now there's a thought) and a sleigh( or is it sled or sledge)...but will get out there tomorrow...Happy running everyone!

I couldn't run last week because my heel was badly blistered - I kept my 'feet in' by jogging on the spot while watching tv. :oD
