So. Began this 2 years ago . I was over 50 and coming at exercise for the first time, having spent years refining and professionalising my smoking. Starting was scary and so not me. It was hard and sore but I did my 9 weeks and 30 minutes - never 5 k in 30 minutes but I was so proud. It was such an achievement. Stopped because I fell out of love with it.
Back now - right at the beginning again . Think I love it again. Hard going but hey, not as hard as the first time round. And I'm glowing with a lovely wee adrenaline buzz going on.
