My first failed run in the C25K but not due to lack of energy or sore legs or lack of motivation...but needing the loo!! I felt annoyed at first but then just thought that it doesn't really matter, I'll go out next time and complete it.
Wk7 R1 FAIL: My first failed run in the C25K but... - Couch to 5K
Wk7 R1 FAIL
well that doesnt count as a fail really an early finish maybe when nature calls you just have to go !!
Glad you came to your own conclusion that it really didn't matter In The great scheme of things. Fail is such a negative word I always feel it should never be used after a run as you have still been out there doing your thing. Some people have loo issues as the runs get longer but the body seems to settle down as time goes on. I think it's all the jiggling about. Happy running.
Good point...fail is very negative. Maybe the correct term should have been "oh well s@*t happens"!
The "F" word is not allowed on this forum! I prefer to think that I haven't succeeded yet! I sincerely hope that s@*t DIDN'T happen - you're not Paula you know (yet!)
That wasn't a "f...". It was merely a "learning experience". You'll not forget to go beforehand next time
