Wi fit

It was horrible outside yesterday, so I decided to do my 30 mins indoors on the wi fit.

Pros - not cold, easier than running outside.

Cons. Due a 'different type of running' (I.e. you seem to be running on tip toes)

I now cannot bleeding walk.

Wi fit? Wi sh*t more like!

:o Oh no! Sounds like a crash course on the barefoot running technique. Much braver than venturing outdoors! Hope you have a speedy recovery

Meadsey, sorry you're sore, but do tell me which disc/thingummy allows you to run on wifit? I haven't come across it. Skiing, yoga, balance games but not running!!

Oh no! I had haven't tried the running in that thing for years. I don't remember it feeling natural. Hope you're feeling better.

The disc is with fit plus. It was 'free jogging'

I Google Wi-fit and now know what it is -- do you HAVE to run in place on that step thingie??? I could imagine it being quite good when using a treadmill if you don't have to use the "thingie"

No you don't use the step. Just run on the spot.
