A merry Xmas to all my fellow runners - from Bazza ( downunder) .

It's gonna be a hot one here tomorrow - Got the Tiger Prawns ready to go for lunch - plus the obligatory turkey and ham of course - will probably eat lunch under the hose sprinkler with suitable liquid refreshments - can't go too silly though because my training plan says a 10 K long run for me on Boxing Day morning!! :) -- before 4.30 AM.
