Loved yesterday, it wasn't easy but felt so good about myself having completed my first run! This morning it's very dark and cold but here I go, can't believe I am up, dressed and raring to go and it's not even 6.30am - taking tomorrow off

Morning Emz, well done you !! Just be careful you don't injure yourself though, most people encourage 1 day rest between runs, to prevent this.... Hope you've enjoyed it and feeling AWESOME!! ;-)))

I'm only a couple of weeks ahead of you but I can promise you the sense of achievement you'll get after each run will more than make up for the early starts on cold damp mornings. Well done for getting going and good luck! Steve

You should really have a break today and run tomorrow. Go steady, a slow jog is all that's needed
