I did the C25K programme back in the summer, mainly to get fitter and in preparation for a trip to Sourh America. I'd graduated about a month before I left or so. However I haven't done any running since then (August) although I did do a fair amount of hiking and walking. I found I really missed it whilst I was away, so wanted to start again, but I'm not sure where to restart. On one hand I didn't want to redo the whole programme but equally don't know if I'll still be able to do 30 mins non stop immediately and don't want to set myself up to fail. Any suggestions?

Why not start at W5R3 and if you can manage the 20 minutes then maybe keep running up to W6 and if that doesn't stop you then carry on to W9 and your 30 minute run. That first run back is bound to be a bit of exploration of your fitness levels, so suck it and see and base your plans on that.
I had to have a few weeks break after I graduated (due to family circumstances) but as soon as I got the chance again, I went straight for Week 9 Run 3 and was surprised I had no problem. Now I only manage the odd run (perhaps once a week if I am lucky), as I work long shifts away and struggle to find the time, but every time I get a chance, I just do Week 9 Run 3 and it's fine. Even the last time I did it a little faster than usual. Good luck!

Welcome back !
Youre the doc or is it a vet , I seem to remember one or the other , sorry ! Glad that youre getting stuck into it again. I wouldn't start from scratch, I think I am inclined to agree with IT.
Good luck and good to see you back ! xxx
