Hi all I've signed up this morning after some random Googling about C25K lead me here. What an amazing inspiring place.
I'm currently on week 6 & loving it. Ashamed to say have previously successfully completed the program but for some insane reason stopped running. Hope to graduate before Christmas & continue running. Can't believe I forgot how amazing running makes me feel - even if I look like a sweaty beetroot I have huge smile by the end!

A warm welcome to this great community SJB. And really well done to you for getting to week 6. Wear your beetroot face with pride. My cheeks still go a lovely shade of pink/puce/purple depending on the effort!
Good luck with the rest of the programme and keep posting!
I cannot imagine having the discipline to complete C25K _without_ the motivation and inspiration from this forum. So well done for getting to W6 without us!
As you already know, this is a truly inspiring community, full of helpful, motivational individuals sharing a love of running. You are in the right place: do post often, come here to have a good laugh/share our addiction/hear about the ups and downs of life. I hope that your dedication, plus the inspiration from this forum will help you build a life-long running habit.

Stopped running! Eek. Don't do that again, promise us! You're in the right place here. Folks will support you every step of the way. If you look across the screen to your right you will see the threads split into weeks so you can find those in the same boat as you and compare notes. Good int it!
