Week 4 done

Today I completed week 4 run 3. When I started I was very skeptical, thinking I would not be able to run or would suffer injury and stop. Earlier, I could hardly run for more than 2 minutes. At the end of week 4, I'm able to run for 16 minutes in intervals. Before c25k, I would tire within 2 minutes. Today I was able to complete the 2nd 5 minute run and still was ready to run more. I'm pleased with myself and looking forward to week 5 - the big week with the 20 minute uninterrupted run.

That's some achievement, so we'll done you. Just take week 5 slowly and you'll be absolutely fine.


Sceptical! Nah, don't be. You can do it. You just better believe it.

Take it steady, slowly does it and you'll finish week 5 before you know it
