I have finished the up to wk4. At 10:30 on 14/11/2014 I could not access the padcast web page. The links from nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/... just took me to a page with a header and tail but no download options. any suggestions?

I have just uploaded the C25K pod-casts to my drop box account... try the following link and you should be able to download what you need

Many thanks, I now have the next couple of weeks downloaded. May need to come back later to your drop box if NHS Choices still not available.
