Having not run since Sunday due to work I managed to make time this evening. Did 5k with the stepping stones podcast. Bad selfie to show Mo progress.

My husband used to sport a right dodgy Mexican bandit type tache in the 70's. Unbeknown to him it was used to promote a beer drunk in a certain student bar in Yorkshire, eg this guy drinks Hairyman bitter (kinda thing) I wonder if any of the posters still exist. LOL

Thanks IP. My wife absolutely hates it. Keeps staring at me as I look so different and she can't get used to it. I keep thinking I have something under my nose and go to wipe it away.
