Well, d-day is nearly here. Will be completing C25K on a treadmill at the gym so I'm a bit torn as to whether I should say I've 'graduated' yet. Want to get out there and try running outside again..when it's not dark! Still, I have been trying to push myself on the treadmill to get as close to the outdoor experience as possible...was 0.08 off doing a 5k in 30 minutes yesterday so I guess I should be happy!

wow that is a good distance you did there for week9 :D you should be very happy with that :d graduation is on completing 3 x 30mins runs not distance :D we are all waiting at the finish line for you , so good luck with the final runa nd enjoy every second of it, you should feel very proud to have completed the program it is a great achievement :D

Of course it counts as graduating !! Good luck. Remember to step off/turn off the treadmill nicely before doing the victory dance or you could end up in all sorts of trouble...

Of course you will have graduated: 30 mins running is the target! Great time too :-) My PB is 33:18 and not sure I will ever manage a 30 min 5k!

Well done and good luck for R3. You can always go outside when you can in daylight and do it again for your own peace of mind but I would say you have graduated.

I think you should definitely say you have graduated. I find running on the treadmill really hard. I run slower and for less time!

Ooooh exciting. Good luck! Of course it counts! I did all mine on treadmill and almost screamed when I finished forgetting I was in the gym! Let us know how it goes!!!

I pictured you moving the treadmill nearer and nearer the door til finally you got it outside in the car park

Running outside is just THE best thing. It makes you feel so alive. You'll get out there when you graduate. I think you'll be bursting to get out there. Wild horses won't hold you back

Til then, keep plugging away on the treadmill as you're nearly at the end of the programme. It might be the end of the programme but it's when your running adventures can really begin.

Good luck for the finale! Pom poms at the ready cheer leading team!
