Starting it all again today! After being given the go ahead by my osteopath and being desperate to try out the new shiny trainers I got about 5 weeks ago - I'm off! Dragged him indoors along too

I'm on my third attempt... it seems a little more doable having done it twice before.Last time I reached week 7run 3....sooooo close!

Thanks all - weird though cos only half wot I wrote got posted!? Oh well, thanks for the comments, will let you all know how it goes. It seems a bit easier than last time, but we shall see as it goes on.
