hi there im on week 2 and every time I get toward the end of each run I feel like my legs will collapse underneath me and I will fall back, it has never happened but it's very annoying. I mainly run uphill so I'm not sure whether that could effect it, or the fact I have only just started!
Thanks for the help

Normally I would say " Slow down - you're running too fast!" Which is probably true - but if it's mainly uphill, crikey that's hard!
Take very small steps, much better than over-extending, try not to lean too far forward and keep a steady rhythm. Use your arms like pistons to help power you up. And go as SLOWLY as you need to, possibly running up so far, turn around and run back down about halfway, then up again and repeat. Do this as often as you like each run until you feel you can get up in one without the legs going all un-necessary!
Uhmmmmm... how about turning around halfway and running downhill for the second half of the session (oh, I see that dottiemay has already suggested that... great minds, and all that jazz ).
