Hi. I have started to try and do the C25K again, on my couple of previous attempts I couldn't get past week three. Then an operation meant I couldn't exercise for months.
I am pleased to say I did W1R3 this morning.

That's what it's all about, just keep on trying. Onwards to week 2. Now you're on here, you have to keep going, otherwise well just have to shout at you and give you a shove!
