You see another runner walking along, then they suddendly start running, and you wonder if they're doing C25K too....
You happen to find yourself going in the same direction as another runner, it's not a race, but you both know it's a race....

You're in your car at the lights, windows down, ipod pumping through your speakers. A convertable with two hotties pulls up next to you, then.... "Welcome to Week 3 of the NHS..."

Ha ha ha iv called Laura some awful names ....well she is a bit smug sometimes and I'm sure she lies about the minutes completed !
I always say goodbye to Laura and I had something to say to my "favourite" hill when I ran all the way up it at the end of a long run the other day...
Oh yes, Laura's had some choice words thrown back at her ... just hope they really were in my head ........

Perhaps we should get running vests and car stickers to identify us to each other......
