I am beaming!! I can't believe I have just ran for 25 mins non stop and could breathe and feel fantastic! Must thank Gary Barlow and Ronan Keating who helped me through it on my new play list! Seriously though this app is amazing. I can't believe on 14th July my first run was so difficult and look at me now. 6 weeks later!!! cant wait for the next one. The rest days are starting to annoy me!!!!! Happy running everyone!!! And thank you for all your support and inspirational posts.

Week 6 run 3! Yaaaay! I'm a runner!!
It's an awesome feeling ........where does this stamina come from!!??
Woop woop! Well done!! Great run after the last two huh!! Enjoy your next one
Walk breaks are good! Rest days are even better.
You're doing really well Lou. Take care, go steady and you'll graduate safely
Brilliant feeling isn't it! I am going to our local 'Parkrun' this morning (for my W7R1), not sure how I'll manage!!! I'm wanting to see how I manage on a measured distance and see what sort of time I get? fingers crossed that I can complete it!
Congratulations! It's a brilliant, wonderful feeling, isn't it? You're making great progress and will find C25K does that, has you astonished at your abilities and what you can achieve. Great going, keep it up!
BTW, I love your Gargantuan Pink Spectacles!
Haaa! Thanks!!! And a glass of wine which is beginning to become a thing of the past! I can't believe I prefer to go running in a Friday night now!!!
Ah yes, I didn't see the wine; I was overawed by the glasses!
I know what you mean; running has become like that for me too!
Week six, in my opinion, is the toughest week, so very well done on getting through it. The return to intervals isn't easy and many struggle with it. I know I did!
Well done, just done my w6r3 as well, bring on week 7!!
Well done to you too!! Great isn't it! Graduation round the bend!!!
Well done TL not long now. Don't miss rest days though. I tried and boy does it hurt afterwards. Good luck
Does it. I must admit I was tempted before reading your message. Got a busy weekend away coming up and was hoping to squeeze an extra one in. Prob not worth it. I really don't want an injury now either. Thanks for advice!!
I think it's just it gives you the best chance of completing the programme. I did miss rest days to make sure I completed the programme before my birthday. Subsequent runs were a lot harder as there wasn't much in the tank. It was towards the end of the programme. One might not hurt too much but see how you feel.
