Week 6. Hmm, it's a bit of a git so make sure you stay slow, and then you'll come out the other side ok. Just remember all of us - in chorus - shouting BE SLOW! That'll remind you won't it. I don't want to have to pedal behind you shouting through me megaphone (not that I actually need one)!
