Loops around the firehouse

This morning I did a bit of a recovery run. Just 30 mins and 4.5k. The circuit today was along a pavement into an industrial park down a long side, across the bottom then back up the hill. There is a fire station right in the middle with a few bemused firemen cleaning their engines. Loop was just over a kilometre. Now relaxing in a post run glow.

happy running all.
