Just arrived at my doctors appointment, say waiting to see the doctor and look what I found hanging proudly on the wall

My doctor who I see did not know what it was as I was there through fully dizzy just wanted to rule out it wasn't the running causing it. I said to her its the C25k that's on the wall outside her room. So I told her all about it

Good to see NHS promoting it's own programme. So many of us have either stumbled on it or found out through word of mouth.
