Woke up with lower back pain but knew I'd made a commitment to myself to start week 3. I did it but my back was killing me. Now got a day to get my back to normal so I can enjoy the next session.

Be careful and, really, listen to your body. Don't push and further damage yourself.

Might be worth taking two days, just to be on the safe side. I suffer with my back too and have had to have two rest days a couple of times in the last couple of months - makes all the difference.

I've also had lower back pain from time to time over the years, and I've found taking an extra rest day often helps. Make sure you are also doing some stretches after your run. Hope all goes well.
