Be smart this isn't rocket science...how did you feel on week 3? If you struggled repeat week 3..if you felt very comfortable do week 4 but be careful don't push it. If you struggle on first attempt just repeat week before again...simples being injured does not speed things up

Hi Jake, yep just go for it , play it by ear and see how it goes I echo Kittys post, you can always take a step back if youre not comfortable with it .

I did a week three run and it went well. Will go back to week four next time out.
