After my son being born ( I'm the dad btw ). Should I just go for it or step back a week ??

Be smart this isn't rocket science...how did you feel on week 3? If you struggled repeat week 3..if you felt very comfortable do week 4 but be careful don't push it. If you struggle on first attempt just repeat week before again...simples :) being injured does not speed things up :)

Week three was fine and the first two of week four were tough. I think ill do one run of week three and see how I go.

Hi Jake, yep just go for it , play it by ear and see how it goes I echo Kittys post, you can always take a step back if youre not comfortable with it .

I did a week three run and it went well. Will go back to week four next time out.
