Ahhhh...George Michael and U2 pastiche on the podcast this morning. I loved it all and the 25 mins flew by. I like he cheesy music now. First ten minutes and my calves ached and then it disappeared like someone flipping a switch in my legs. It's bizarre. Having said that my left leg is playing up a bit. A kind of sciatica like ache when I lift my leg straight out and pull up my foot....any ideas?

Yes. Treat yourself to an iTunes gift card and invest in a better music collection.
No idea on the physical stuff, but do take care at least and rest a little before going out again.

If you look back at my posts, I hurt my knee a week ago and had to take a break for best part of a week. My knee just felt like a block of wood, stiff and painful. I rested it and waited until the 'wood' feeling wore off and then tried again. It was fine thank goodness. I realise now that ordinary aches and pains wear off after a few minutes running. I have bought some ibuprofen gel, lol. I am hoping that as I lose weight, my knees will cope a lot better.
