Random Insertions

Yesterday I had cause to write thank you notes to several people on here who replied to a post of mine. However, some of these got inserted under the wrong person (despite using the "reply" function) and today I see that a couple of those replies I wrote and posted are no longer there.

Is this a known problem? There's a vague-ish message on the help screen but, contrary to what it says, the "missing" posts are not at the bottom of the page, but genuinely missing.

We had it once when they were doing some maintenance, I think. But its not usual. I will keep an eye on it. Thanks for bringing it up.
