I am going to start running in a few days, I plan to pursue 5K, what should be the healthy eating for me? I am completely new to running and don't know at all what to eat and how to. I am 27 years old, weighing 55Kg and my height is 5 feet and 6 inches.
Thank you

For starting out you don't need to follow any special diets, just aim to eat healthy. As for starting running, follow the podcasts and you will be a runner before you know it. Good luck
If you plan on eating before a run, then make sure it is something that is easily digested and do so about 1-2 hours prior to running. Make sure you are well hydrated also. I generally run in the mornings and eat a banana and a couple of dates together with some water and coffee about 90 minutes prior to running.....this works for me, but it may not for you....sometimes these things are a bit experimental.
