I got judo (now I would like to try Krav Maga), athletics (throws - umm depends what I am throwing) and table tennis (I'm rubbish at that).

Less suited to rugby (phew), shooting (darn cause I'd really like to try that) and athletics (long distance - well I think I knew that already)

I did this yesterday and I'm a middle distance cyclist, sprint cyclist (yeah right!) or a runner

Triathlon (ha ha, can't ride a bike), cycling (ditto) then middle distance running (got that bit right :) ).

Advised against gymnastics (2 left feet, not a surprise there), rugby (I'm a bit of a wimp so probably good to avoid) and weightlifting (when I tried on an arm band mobile phone holder thingy yesterday I couldn't do it up because my arm was too skinny and the velcro ran out!!! So they're probably right about that one too ;) )

Hahaha :D know what you mean about the armband Velcro. Had a look around the local gym today and when the guy showed me the weights section he took one look at my arms and suggested I might not be spending much time there! :D He got that bit right! :D

LONG & MIDDLE DISTANCE CYHCLING & MIDDLE DISTANCE ATHLETICS. HA HA HA, MY BALANCE IS SO BAD ICOULDN'T RIDE A BIKE ROUND MY (VERY SMALL) GARDEN. AS FOR ATHETICS I'D WOBBLESOMUCH I'D TRIP IN THE FIRST 10 YDS. PLUS I HATE RUNNING.

IT'S GOT ME SUSSED THEN OR MAYBENOT!!

Hockey, table tennis (!!!) and middle distance cycling - maybe my age went against me, or it could have been my general middle of the roadness ;)

Tell you what i especially liked spoonie?

When i typed in my age it smarmily suggested that i was so far beyond 30 that maybe lawn bowls would be a suitable sport; but at the end, due to my utter lack of coordination i suppose, it suggested lawn bowls would be the least suitable for me, other than gymnastics LOL ... no broken dreams there then LOL again :-)

Oh, I have to admit that I cheated in the question about the age. When they said in the introductory bit about shooting and lawn bowls being suitable for older folks and 20-30 being the optimum age, I lied about my age and said I was 25 to see what I should have done in my "youth".

LOOKS LIKE ALL BI SURVIVORS ARE MIDDLE DISTANCE CYCLISTS. GLASGOW HERE WE COME!

Yeah, I got lawn bowls and a suggestion to avoid long distance athletics. Well yah boo sucks to that...I am a menace at things like bowls and I can run 10k. But then the thing was devised by that 'sporty' lot at Loughborough...

Squash, wrestling and judo! Couldn't even contemplate any of those.

I got jumps. So not suited to my triathlon training then. I agree yah boo sucks. On a side note my husband plays lawn bowls and i tried it for a while. It's like doing 3 hours of lunges and squats. I could not sit down for days. Those guys are fit in Their own right.

Hee hee According to this I'm good for Judo, cycling and table tennis and not suited to distance running or gymnastics :D I could have told them the gymnastics bit!! Bit put out about my lack of suitability for running but I was quite good at table tennis at one time. Lol :D

Another one for triathlon, cycling and middle distance running. Thing is I LOVE swimming, I used to cycle to work and now i like running... So maybe one day I'll manage to put them all together.

Hmmm...middle distance cycling, judo and wrestling (!) Seems it has me down as someone who likes to beat people up...and then cycle away before I can be caught.

Wrestling at my age 63! Middle distance cycling - possible if someone buys me a decent bike with a comfy saddle. Swimming i like a gentle splash about but they would have all gone home by the time i swam a length.
