Foam roller......ouchie!!!

So I bought a foam roller today to see if it helps my pf (have read lots of things that tight calf muscles can be a cause). Well, I wasn't expecting how uncomfortable it would be! If it helps I don't care as the pain has been waking me up in the early hours just lately. Anyone use one and is it supposed to hurt?!

Yes it does hurt! It's all those tight muscles not giving in. The first time I used one I cried out in pain! But it really works to loosen those muscles. Make sure you use it every day and you'll soon notice a difference. I can use it now with only a whimper!

I have had mine a while & eventually we are on speaking terms. Stick at it - it does get easier.
