When you complete week 9, 3 x 30 minute runs if you manage 5km in 30 minutes that's great. I graduated a few weeks ago now but still takes me more than 30 minutes to jog 5km good luck

Graduation occurs when you run for 30 minutes 3 times, W9r1,2,3.

Despite the name, you do not need to run 5k.

I don't think I will ever be able to run 5K in less than 30 minutes - in fact, I don't think I even want to. I want to run longer and slower

30 minutes running on W9R3 = graduation, regardless of distance.

Distance is irrelevant it's when you run 3 x 30 mins I don't think I will ever run a 5k under 30 mins but that doesn't matter either you're out there doing it that's whats matters xxx
