Feeling quite gutted! was out with dog (pup!) and we were playing/running along and fell over him landed on my knee it's grazed and swollen so am sitting with ice on it
Would it be really stupid to run on it tomorrow? I really want a run, holding this isn't going to set me back!

Our pup (he's 8 now but still a pup) makes a horrendously squeaky guilt inducing yelp when he gets trodden on or tripped over, then runs up for a cuddle and forgives you!
It probably is stupid, but I carried on with my run and ran the day after when I fell over and grazed my knees. They weren't (too) swollen though (OK, one of them was a bit), but I'm sure the keeping moving helped. If you do decide to go out take it slow and easy and make sure you can run on the flat, or maybe up an incline, but don't run downhill, that will really REALLY hurt!
Thanks everyone I didn't go in the end as it waspre swollen and bruised the next day and sore to walk on it's looking a lot better now so may try short run!
I have got so addicted to running I was so worried I'd damaged the knee long term!
