Back Running XD

I've eased myself back into it and yesterday evening I ran a 5.5K. My ribs are still sore but it is fine again, and SO GOOD to be up and running again.

My feet on the road, my rhythmic breathing, a great long row of buddleia that smells so good it's like drinking nectar as I run past, the wind in my hair, the fully dressed man running next to me......... what?!

My friend came to stay and on the spur of the moment just decided to join me, fully dressed and in his everyday leather shoes!! I thought he might drop out, but no, he seemed to enjoy the whole thing. It was fun having a running buddy...especially a mad one

A bloke on my street runs home from work but just removes his best work trousers and runs in his boxers. It might be the same guy!!! LOL
