My iphone App has been frozen for days but i'am still continuing with the brisk walking i've now reloaded and will keep it going week 3 now not as out of breath but my pace is the same so doing something right.

There have been a few reports of problems with the app so I ran with the podcasts... the music isn't particularly great but it's a decent "beat" to run to...

So many people report problems with the app. Download the podcasts from nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/... and use those instead. They're excellent.
