Well, kind of. I downloaded the app and was quite happy running along to the Arctic Monkeys when the app stopped (I think it was my fault for pressing something I shouldn't have) and I had to find my place again. Not wanting to put my run on hold, I carried on by running and walking when I felt like it. I think I did more than 8 minutes of running so I'm not at all fussed that it wasn't necessarily in blocks of 60 seconds. I'll find out in the morning if I over did it! For the record, I went 3.76 km in 29.56 so that is marginally quicker than my first two runs but it would have nice to have gone for a bit further and a bit longer.
That is it until Saturday when week 2 begins.
