You can try and see how it goes. In 10 days, you should not have lost much fitness.

I agree with frann, try a steady 25 minute run and see how you go. If you feel you are struggling then redo a couple of shorter runs. Good luck :),

you should be fine but dont rush it i was out for 3 wks had no problems i felt much better for it well my legs did
