Lovely morning run

Thanks to my husbands encouragement I got up early this morning and really enjoyed my run. lovely bright sunny morning but I was able to run mostly in the shade met my husband and dogs afterwards in the park for a nice cup of tea.

I was up and out early this morning, too, doing interval runs. It's such an invigorating way to start the day - wish I'd started years ago!
