I still can't believe that I am running - well sort of and enjoying it! I have now completed wk2 run 1. Although the weight is slow to shift, I can see my shape changing already. I work away a lot, but now have something that I can do wherever I'm working.

Well done IG you are heading in the right direction. As far as weight loss goes you may not see it on the scales for some time but take out your tape measure you will see the loss of inches for sure. Good luck.
