Park run P.B

[Rockette]

My time was 35.06 compared to last weeks 36.00 , I came last ( again) but who cares I came first in my age grading 51.57% . That's my best park run time ever , out of 3 I've done . Very pleased with myself folks . !

It sure doesn't , if anybody would have told me last year at this time that I would be running 3 laps round my local park doing 5k I would have had them committed lol
