I actually felt stronger and faster today, love it, was going to bottle out and not do my jog but I did it and am now happy that I did, I have dreams of getting out there and running with ease! Need to lose some more weight yet though

Well done. It's amazing how some days you feel like you can't be bothered but when you do actually push yourself to get those running shoes on you actually have a great run. Something to keep in mind when those head gremlins start playing mind games with us

Yeah, my best runs are when I fall out of bed and get my running gear on and go before I have time to think about it. Half way down the hill I suddenly think "Wasn't I supposed to have 2 days rest this time round?" But of course, it's too late... the dog's already down the hill, I can't face going back up that hill (over 1k long) and being that far, I might as well carry on! As for running with ease, ah ah ah.... But it's easier than it was on week 1!
