I actually felt stronger and faster today, love it, was going to bottle out and not do my jog but I did it and am now happy that I did, I have dreams of getting out there and running with ease! Need to lose some more weight yet though :)

Well done. It's amazing how some days you feel like you can't be bothered but when you do actually push yourself to get those running shoes on you actually have a great run. Something to keep in mind when those head gremlins start playing mind games with us :)

Yeah, my best runs are when I fall out of bed and get my running gear on and go before I have time to think about it. Half way down the hill I suddenly think "Wasn't I supposed to have 2 days rest this time round?" But of course, it's too late... the dog's already down the hill, I can't face going back up that hill (over 1k long) and being that far, I might as well carry on! As for running with ease, ah ah ah.... But it's easier than it was on week 1!
