Having whinged on and on about my ancient achey knees for ages, thought I'd share the latest knee status update. After doing w9r2 yesterday first thing, I spent all (yes, really all) day doing the whole R.I.C.E thing and guess what? This morning not a thing- no pain, no twinges, no nothing. The ancient knees appear to be happy, or at least not unhappy, even after 20minutes messing about on daughters Wii fit. So there you go, R.I.C.E really really works. Am still going to be good and leave at least 3days before attempting r3, but definitely feeling the love for R.I.C.E. today.
