This morning was my W9R3 and I did exactly 5k (including 5 minute walk) in 40 minutes.
I'm really happy to have achieved it although, having done it before, I know the real challenge is to keep the momentum going now.
I have four weeks until my Race For Life so I need to be comfortable running 5k by then. I'm going to attempt the Race for Life running training plan and see how it goes.
