After listening to everyone's advice on stiff shoulders I had a great run2 of week 7 and managed the 25 mins with no stiffness at all. Thanks everyone for the tips. Gutted now as have managed to do a nice job on my already fragile back and will have to postpone finishing week 7. Good rest for the weekend and hopefully back here Monday. Have a good weekend all you runners.

Sorry to hear that, Nelly. :-( Hope you make a very speedy recovery really soon and that you'll be out running again, fully recovered and refreshed, before you know it. :-)

Sorry to hear your back is out at the moment - back pain is really nasty and can have one in tears at times. Hope it heals very soon and you are out running again. Good luck and best wishes.
