20 mins non-stop. Week 5 Run 3. Now I really believe I can get to 5K.....

I'm so impressed. I'm on week 4 run 2, and I can barely conceive of running for 20 minutes non-stop. Congratulations, that's great!

Well done! This is a run everyone seems to dread but it's great once you've done it. If you can do 20, you can do 30!

Yeah you did! W5R3 was one of my favourites. I felt that once I got past that (almost entirely psychological) hurdle I really could finish the plan. And undoubtedly that's what you'll do too. Nice one! x

Well done! It's nice to see a post like this! I've just complete W5R1 and haven't found that too bad. R2 looks achievable, but R3 is scaring me a little. Thank you for giving me hope that I'll be able to complete it :)

Well done! I completed this run today also and it is a good feeling, bit of a turning point in that like you, I feel I can complete the programme after feeling I never would at the start! Good luck with the rest!
