Has anyone done the Alice Holt Park Run? How hilly is it?

Yes, I did my graduation run there last week. The first k is a lovely gentle downhill, the next 1.5k is all a reasonably gentle but long uphill, then you start all over again. The second circuit uphill bit I found really hard. It's not really steep hils if that's what you mean, but they are long.

Oh and it didn't put me off enough to make me not want to do it tomorrow.

Thanks for your reply - this is really useful. As long as I can tell myself it's not a hill just a gently incline I can keep running!

I'm doing the Colour Run on 1st June and I might just try the Alice Holt course in the near future too.
