Running in the rain

I'm so jealous of the running in the rain posts . I love it , but I had a trampoline jog indoors ( think I may have got locked up doing it on garden in rain ) ! & I enjoyed it . Better than nothing I suppose . Happy running all .

Aww, poor you and I am sorry you are still not up to running. Sounds like you're not sitting on your laurels though. You could always take the trampoline out at 6 in the morning, in the rain and get more of the running effect that way

Seriously though, hope things are improving. I've been ' under the weather ' one way or another for over a month and not running. Started back with two 15 minute runs this week, heading out again shortly. Struggling but glad to be having a go again, and I know it's been longer for you. Keep your chin up. X
