Just started week 8 but did the race for breast cancer this morning quite happy about it all and not really too many aches and pains yet.

Absolutely well done. That's a good time for the distance especially at this stage of the C25K programme. I bet you are feeling well pleased with your achievement and so you should. Have a day or two's rest and then good luck with your next run. Best wishes.

Could have been faster was nearly at a standstill for about five mins at the start as stuck in a human traffic jam 6500 women were running today :D

I heard that only women are able to run this race, feel that's wrong especially when men can also suffer from breast cancer. I have two friends and a relative going through treatment program just now. :(
