Week 4 Done! Bring it on Week 5!

Went out earlier and did the last run for week 4, it went pretty well and I'm actually looking forward to week 5 now! I almost wish I could go out tomorrow to do it, but know I need the rest day! I'm hoping that my new headphones and waist bag that I've ordered come tomorrow so I can treat myself with them for the next run!

These little purchases always make me really excited when I go out with them for the first time :D Even the new big knickers I bought recently, just for running ;)

Is it strange that I'm considering googling 'running knickers'? :)

Well done on completing week 4. It's amazing how one improves as the weeks go by - you have put in the work and deserve to feel pleased. Good luck with the start of week 5 and best wishes.
