Running Everywhere!

Since my stint in Utah where I nearly expired during a run at 6000 feet I did a run at sea level - blimey I could have run forever and now I understand why athletes train at high altitude. So now I incorporate a quick jog at every opportunity even if it only lasts two minutes to keep the feeling going, for example I ran to the pub last night and wasn't even out of breathe!! I suppose it's the equivalent to taking the stairs as opposed to the lift?!
