Just downloading my final podcast of the program, I'd set myself a target to complete it before my holiday and it appears that I am realising it now... Not quite the 5k I had envisionaged completing and being able to do whilst I'm away, but hey I'm at the end of the program... and I've signed up for the Race for Life in June....

Well done for getting this far, I just graduated today and am only up to 4.75km. Remember its all about running for 30 minutes, distance can come after. Good luck in your final week and you RFL in June, I'm also doing one in June - My 4th one and they're amazing events to be a part of

First run went well I actually managed 33 mins running as I was going down hill for the last part and thought I'd push myself that little bit further. Managed 4.3km so getting nearer to that magic 5K.. Looking forward to running on holiday and wearing my new running gear...
