Completed my first week 2 run last night and for some reason found it easier! I think that finding my old sports bra has stopped me from trying to mess with my clothes whilst running And a good old fashioned alice band kept my ear phones in and stopped my fringe from stabbing my eyes. My legs below the knees are grumbling today though so may need to do more stretches after running (jogging! not sure what I am doing yet). I find everyone's posts really helpful and have even started recognising some of the runners in Hungerford.
