Depends on what you want out of running. Some people are happy to stay at 5k, some want to run faster, some want to run greater distances. The world is your oyster and once you decide what you want to do next, there is a wealth of advice out there. Personally I decided I wanted to run 10k but wasn't too worried about the time, so I added a little extra to a slow run every weekend. After I did 10k I decided on a half marathon and did exactly the same thing. Good luck with whatever you decide. Don't forget to reward yourself for a job well done!

Congratulations and well done. It's for you to decide where you want to go from here - plenty of choice. All the very best whatever route you decide to follow. Best wishes.
