Loads of us use garmin forerunner 35. Gives loads of stats, alerts for time, distance heart rate etc. Links into phone to display loads of numbers and graphs. Costs just over £100. May be offers for Black Friday

I used Strava, the free version and it tracks distance and time. 😊

It is a bit strange not having your trainer in your ear but eventually you will get used to it. Do you listen to music or anything while running ?🤗

If you're not looking to spend lots then I highly recommend my watch, Amazfit Bip. Depending on the deals you can pick it up on Amazon for about £50. Looks similar to an apple watch and does pretty much everything you need it to, albeit not quite a slick as the big brand watches, but I've not found that to be an issue. Oh, and my favourite bit - battery lasts a good 3-4weeks (depending on how much you use the GPS function)

There are third party apps to make it do even more things, but you need to be a little tech savvy to get the most out of them.

the basic watch and the standard app is more than adequate and simple to use.

Thanks, I’ll have a look, just want to see my distance and time, that’s all.Would rather be out running than fiddling with my watch, trying to find out how it works😂

Im a fitbit owner, i wouldnt recommend one. If it wasnt for the fact that mt friends and i do challenges on the app id be considering changing to a garmin or samsung. DO NOT FORK OUT FOR A FITBIT the app is unreliable and the watch isnt really all that great gor the price. X

Hi everyone, I am currently on week eight and have not lost any weight yet! I am thinking of running five times a week.

Has anyone run more to lose weight? I am also very slow running on the treadmill at 6k per hour.....
